MobiSir was Incorporated in April 2010, We have been growing steadily ever since, in spite of testing times. Our focus has been around building technologies for startups and enterprises. We are also technology enabler for educators in education space.

As technology partners in education, we can get involved starting from incubating new idea, developing idea in solution and deploy the solution. We also get involved in process of  continuous development  and enhancement of the solution.

We follow continuous integration for build and release process. We strongly believe in the feedback from the user and the client. We recommend early deployment of application to production to make feature more relevant. Hence we plan to deliver software as frequently as possible to the customer and end user (at least once a week and ideally more than once a day).

Management Team


K.C.Venugopal has held executive leadership roles for 40+ years in US spanning engineering, manufacturing, operations, and quality.

Earlier, KC was serving as Managing Director at the Nortel R&D Center which he joined though Tasman. At Tasman, KC was VP of manufacturing and new product introduction. KC was instrumental in setting up India operations. Prior to Tasman, KC was with Unisys as General Manager, responsible for manufacturing sites in US, France, Belgium, India, China and Brazil. He also held various Engineering/Operations positions with Amdahl Corporation, USA / Fujitsu Japan and NCR.


Guru drives the business and growth strategy. Guru brings 22 years of experience in general management, operations and software engineering. Earlier, Guru established the offshore development center of Tasman Networks and build 300+ team in India. On acquisition by Nortel, Guru worked as Director of R&D Operations at Nortel. Earlier,Guru has worked both in India and USA and with companies like Wipro,HCL-HP and Marconi.

Guru received Bachelor of Engineering(E&C) from College of Engineering, Guindy, India. He also holds Masters in Social Work. In the free time, Guru volunteers for AID India and his interests are in natural farming, zero waste management etc.


Balaji Kutty

Balaji Kutty is a hand-on technology person with more than 18 years of experience in software development.He worked at Sun Microsystems, Bangalore. Earlier in his career, he worked in the role of consultant for Intel, Sun, etc in Bay area and Portland.

Balaji Kutty is a regular speaker at academic institutions and a Free Software evangelist. He teach Free Software to under privileged kids in Community Computing Centers. In his young days, Balaji founded a computer center to provide training and software development services in Madurai, Trichy and Chennai. Balaji holds a Master degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University.
